We are a mother daughter duo passionate about all things health so we decided to create a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream. We decided to try making ice cream with natural sweeteners and we fell upon maple syrup. The syrup gave the ice cream its usual sweetness but without a maple taste. From then on, First Tap Ice Cream was born. Our ice cream is sweetened solely with 100% pure maple syrup and is free of any refined sugars, stabilizers, gums, or artificial flavors or sweeteners. We believe our ice cream is a better alternative to store bought ice cream since we use whole, real ingredients like maple syrup and A2 cow’s milk. Named after the lightest and finest syrup tapped at the start of the season, we believe our ice cream will satisfy your sweet tooth with every bite.
